Attacker
The player who chases the opponent and attempts to touch them is called the Attacker.
Defender
The player who stays inside the playfield and avoids being touched by the Attacker is called the Defender.
Perfect Kho
When an Attacker touches the back of a seated teammate with their palm and says "Kho" clearly, it is called a Perfect Kho.
To Take Direction
This refers to when an Attacker, after receiving a "Kho," moves in a specific direction from one post line toward the other.
EIGHT BLOCK GROUND:
To Leave/Reach the Free Zone
Leave: Occurs when the Attacker's feet lose contact with the Free Zone.
Reach: Occurs when the Attacker's feet make contact with the Free Zone.
Boundary & Entry
Out of Boundary: When a Defender loses contact with the playfield and moves into the lobby area.
Entry: When a Defender enters the playfield by breaking contact with the lobby.
To Recede (Violation)
If an Attacker, while moving in a specific direction, touches an area they have already covered, it is considered Receding.
SIX BLOCK GROUND:
Foul
Any violation of the rules committed by an active Attacker or a seated Attacker is called a Foul.
protest
If a coach or manager has a complaint regarding the fair conduct of the match or age-related fraud of a player, they may submit a written application to the Jury of Appeal/Organizing Committee within half an hour of the match ending, along with a protest fee of ₹1,000.
