Phase 1: Pre-Match Setup

Complete the header sections of the score sheet before the first whistle.

Crucial: Mark CAP next to the Captain's name for both teams.

Phase 2: Live Match Entries

Record every dismissal and substitution as they happen in real-time.

Action Protocol
Standard Out Fill 5 Columns: Defender No, Attacker No, Running Time, Personal Time, & Symbol.
Sudden Attack Record all data but use a Dash ( - ) for Personal Time.
Late Entry Do not fill the Personal Time column.
Substitution Log Outgoing T-Shirt No. and Incoming T-Shirt No. immediately.
Warning Column: Record any verbal or card warnings given to an Attacker here.

Phase 3: Turn Conclusion

Finalize the data once the turn whistle blows.

  • Identify Survivors: For any defender NOT out, Encircle their timing.
  • Visual Break: Draw a clear, horizontal "Out Line" across the sheet to indicate the turn is closed.
  • Score Validation: Record the final points for that turn in the relevant summary column.

Phase 4: Match Finalization

The match is not official until the following is completed:

Prepare final scores and match result.
Ensure all Scorers, Timekeepers, and Umpires sign the sheet.
Hand over the sheet to the Referee for the final check and signature.
